Terms of Use

The Site provides corporate and commercial information about Magnificient's petroleum trading, offtake, marketing, distribution and related activities. It is intended for business counterparties, partners and other professional visitors.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any product, an invitation to treat that binds us without further agreement, investment advice, legal advice or a commitment to enter into any transaction.

Product specifications, delivery bases, inspection regimes and commercial processes described on the Site are indicative of how we work. The governing terms of any trade are those set out in the executed contract and supporting documents for that transaction.

We aim to keep Site content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, uninterrupted or free from error. Content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, text, branding, layout, graphics and other materials on the Site are owned by Magnificient or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, modify or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers or related systems

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, allocation, reservation of product or obligation on either party. We may decline to respond to incomplete, speculative or non-genuine enquiries. Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to external websites. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnificient and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Magnificient against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived where they apply.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
