Petroleum is an unforgiving product. Health, safety, security and environmental performance is therefore treated as a condition of doing business rather than a policy statement, applied to the terminals we use, the vessels we nominate and the hauliers we appoint.
Our operations are conducted in line with the regulatory frameworks of the jurisdictions in which we trade, including the petroleum, maritime, port, customs and free-zone regimes applicable in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates, and the requirements of each receiving market.

HSSE expectations apply to the counterparties and service providers we appoint. Reciprocal diligence is welcome: counterparties may request our compliance documentation as part of their own onboarding.
