Health & Safety
Safe handling, storage and transfer practices applied through the counterparties and service providers we appoint, with incident reporting obligations written into engagement terms.
Compliance
A commitment to regulatory compliance, transparency and international best practice.
Petroleum is an unforgiving product. Health, safety, security and environmental performance is therefore treated as a condition of doing business rather than a policy statement, applied to the terminals we use, the vessels we nominate and the hauliers we appoint.
Our operations are conducted in line with the regulatory frameworks of the jurisdictions in which we trade, including the petroleum, maritime, port, customs and free-zone regimes applicable in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates, and the requirements of each receiving market.
HSSE expectations apply to the counterparties and service providers we appoint. Reciprocal diligence is welcome: counterparties may request our compliance documentation as part of their own onboarding.

Spill prevention and response expectations at every custody transfer, efficient routing to reduce avoidable emissions, and support for cleaner fuels such as LPG.
Trading, import, export, customs and free-zone requirements observed in each jurisdiction, with documentation maintained to withstand audit.
Anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering and sanctions compliance applied to counterparties, intermediaries and service providers alike.
Counterparties are welcome to request our compliance documentation as part of their own onboarding. We ask for the same in return, and regard reciprocal diligence as a mark of a serious partner.
