Quality and quantity are never asserted on our own authority. Every cargo we trade is inspected by an independent, internationally recognised inspection agency appointed on terms both counterparties accept before loading begins. The inspector's certificates, not the seller's word, govern settlement.
We treat inspection as a commercial control, not a formality. Sampling protocols, retained samples, sealing arrangements and the treatment of off-specification product are agreed in the contract, so that a dispute has a defined resolution path rather than an argument.

How verification works
Load port
Sampling and analysis against the contract specification; certificates of quality, quantity and origin issued.
In transit
Sealed compartments, documented custody, and vessel condition evidenced through the shipping document set.
Discharge
Outturn measurement and, where contracted, re-testing; variances reconciled against contractual tolerance.
Where a buyer requires a specific inspectorate, laboratory or testing regime, we will accommodate it. The objective is a certificate both parties trust, not a preferred supplier.
