Aviation turbine fuel to internationally recognised aviation fuel quality standards (e.g. DEF STAN 91-091 / ASTM D1655), as specified in contract.

Commercial propane, commercial butane or contract-specified mix, with composition confirmed by independent analysis.

GRANULAR / PRILLED
Urea Fertilizer

Granular or prilled urea, nitrogen content and moisture per contract specification, certified at load port.

Gasoline to the destination market specification, with octane and volatility per contract terms.

The specifications above are the internationally recognised quality standards against which these products are ordinarily traded. The governing specification for any given cargo is the one recorded in the executed sale and purchase agreement, evidenced by a Certificate of Quality issued by the appointed independent inspector at the load port.

Delivery basis
FOB, CIF, CFR, DES and DAP under Incoterms® 2020, plus ex-tank and tank-to-tank for domestic supply.
Contract tenor
Spot single cargoes, trial cargoes and multi-lift term contracts with agreed monthly quantities and tolerance.
Pricing
Fixed price, or floating against a published market reference agreed between the parties.
Settlement
Documentary instruments and telegraphic transfer, structured with the banks of both counterparties.
